1. Player's World of Warcraft character level must be at least 50 in order to participate our promotion.
2. This offer only valid and available for World of Warcraft in any US server for a limited time.
3. If you needs to log in your World of Warcraft account during our power leveling service, you need to notify our customer representatives either via Email or our website live support first.
4. Everything will be remained the same as player submits his/her character to us. We will ONLY powerlevel the character's level to 60.
5. Maximum time to have your character trained to level 60 may takes up to 10 days.
6. This offer is open to all visitors and customers of ukow.com . You do not have to be a ukow.com customer to participate this program.

Ukow.com relies on strictly enforced internal policies to safeguard customer game accounts. Every single character is leveled by a master player that conducts himself in an ethical manner in the game. Your character will not be used to Player-Kill, Kill-Steal, hoard farming locations, or any other in-game behavior that is frowned upon. It goes without saying that macros, dupes, game bug exploits, and other such foolishness will never be used. We do not use any bots or macros to perform our services. In short, your character will be leveled the safest way possible: by going through the grind and doing some simple quests.

FAQ


1. How do I check my character’s current status?
All free powerleveling characters can be tracked real-time online, you can input your character name in the url: http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/?#character-search.xml ,which is the links of the blizzard website,then you can search the latest information of your character,including current level.

2. May I log in and play my account for a while?
The preferred time for you to play or check your account is between 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm PST (GMT-08:00). Please let us know before you intend to use your account.

3. What will happen to the gold, items or weapons that received during power leveling?
As this is a free service, we will keep the gold and items collected during the powerleveling process. We need to pay and learn the new skills for your character and the gold produced during this period is quite limited.

4. Why my talent points are less at the end?
Sometimes, the talent points of your character are not favorable for fast powerleveling, so we might change your talent during the process. But we will change it back to the original one once we completed the powerleveling.

5. Can I change my account password during power leveling?
Please do not change the password before you send the notice to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first.

6. Will my account information be safe during power leveling process?
You account information will be 100% safe and confidential during the powerleveling process. We have strict policies regarding customer and account informations.

7. Will powerleveler talk to my friends in the game?
No, we will not talk to your friends, we will let them know that you are not available at the moment.

8. Can I ask the power leveler to get specific armor or weapon that I want?
Sorry, we cannot get the specific armor or weapon for your character.

9. My character is level 49 by now, am I eligible for this promotion?
You can order regular powerleveling at ukow.com. When you reach 50, you can hand it over to us and join the free 50-60 program.

10. How long does it take to reach level 60 totally?
It depends on the starting level, but it will take anywhere from 3-10 days.
